Shooting a wedding at the Oahu Wedding Villa (formerly the Hale Koa Estate) was a dream come true. This is where luxury meets the tropics in beautiful harmony. Seriously if you are planning an intimate wedding on Oahu...look no further than this gorgeous villa.

Amenities at the Oahu Wedding Villa

The amenities at the Oahu Wedding Villa are endless. There is a pool and two hots tubs, an expansive kitchen, a game room, and entertainment center. The property itself is gorgeous to say the least. Well-manicured gardens surround the villa.

Not only does the villa have 10 rooms and 5 and a half bathrooms, it has an adorable upstairs "dorm-style" loft with space for up to 30 guests to sleep comfortably. If I were having a wedding, I know I'd appreciate all the extra space so my guests wouldn't have to drive anywhere after having a few too many at the reception 😉

The kitchen alone is a dream, with lots of storage and space for your catering company on your big day.

Location, Location, Location

If you want that ultimate island vibe, the Hale Koa Estate is for you. It's close enough to North Shore if you want to hit the beach, yet far enough away from the commotion of Honolulu. You're also 5 minutes from famous Laie Point!

Michelle and Aaron got to sneak away from their reception for a few epic sunset photos there!

Pro Tip: Hit a grocery store on your way up to the property and stock the huge fridge. That way you always have food and snacks readily available as the closest store is about 30 minutes away.

Intimate Ceremony at the Oahu Wedding Villa

Michelle and Aaron had only great things to say about the Hale Koa Estate. I mean, who wouldn't want their wedding here?!

As a photographer, I'm always looking at light and details, and this gorgeous mansion spares no expense. There is gorgeous Koa wood throughout the mansion and the villa lets in a lot of natural light.

The bridal suite has high ceilings, lots of hooks for your gown, and a great balcony for portraits. And don't get me started on that bathtub! Like come on!!

The gardens are well manicured and lush; the perfect place for a ceremony and reception. The owner recently installed a large gazebo tent as well! Perfect for dancing the night away, even if a little rain shower were to come their way.

The photos barely do it justice, I can't wait for another dreamy outdoor wedding at the Hale Koa Estate!
