Physical Products (Albums & Printed Products)
Physical products, such as custom photo albums or printed items, are produced and shipped separately from digital products.

All albums and printed products are custom-made

Estimated production and delivery timelines will be communicated during the ordering or design process
Please note that production timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or included in your invoice unless otherwise stated
Physical products are shipped via trusted third-party carriers
Tracking information will be provided when available
Once an order has been shipped, Masha Sakhno Photo is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or customs processing.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes

Delivery timelines for international shipments may vary
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your album or printed product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. We recommend contacting the carrier directly in these cases.
