Your date is reserved with a signed contract and retainer. From there, you’ll receive access to your client portal with planning resources and a wedding questionnaire. After the celebration, you’ll be invited to a Gallery Reveal Experience — a cinematic first look at your images and the chance to design albums and wall art that bring your story to life beyond the screen.

On average, 75-100 final images per hour of coverage. The exact number depends on your timeline, events, and how the day unfolds, but every delivered photo is carefully curated and fully edited in my signature style to tell the complete story of your celebration.

In the rare event of an emergency, you’ll be covered. I have a trusted team of associate photographers who are trained to shoot in my signature style, and I would ensure someone steps in seamlessly. I’d still handle all communication, editing, and delivery so your gallery feels completely consistent with my work.

A small preview gallery will be delivered digitally about a week after your wedding so you can relive the highlights right away. You’ll then see all of your images for the first time during your Gallery Reveal Experience — a guided slideshow presentation where you’ll view your complete gallery and have the opportunity to design albums and wall art.

Every image you receive is fully edited in my signature, true-to-life style. I make adjustments for color, light, and composition to ensure a cohesive, timeless gallery. While I don’t do heavy retouching that changes how people look, I will refine small distractions & skin imperfections so the focus stays on the moment.

You’ll receive a preview gallery within one week of your wedding so you can relive the highlights right away. Your full gallery will be completed in about 7–8 weeks, at which point we’ll schedule your Gallery Reveal Experience with my design team.

I understand that in today’s digital world, everyone wants something to post online. While I do offer digital backups, I highly recommend printing through my design consultants or directly through your gallery's professional printing lab. This ensures that your images are printed with accurate color calibration, on premium materials, and with the attention to detail that reflects the quality of your event. Consumer labs cannot guarantee the same level of consistency or craftsmanship, resulting low-quality prints.

Once you’ve finalized your album or wall art design, my professional lab partners typically take 6-8 weeks to deliver the finished product. My design team ensures that every heirloom is crafted with the utmost care and precision, so you receive something that’s truly worth the wait.

Yes! I understand that investing in custom photography is a big decision, which is why I offer flexible payment plans. Once you pay your retainer, you can make up to 4 additional payments for the balance. This allows you to enjoy the full experience and heirloom products without the stress of paying everything upfront.

Digital files are convenient, but they’ll never match the experience of holding a custom-designed album in your hands or seeing your favorite moments displayed as artwork in your home. I personally take on about 20 weddings each year, which allows me to give each couple the attention and care their celebration deserves. In addition, my trusted associate team photographs around 10 more weddings annually, so together we’re able to serve couples while maintaining a high-touch, full-service experience.
