If you have a different budget for your photography needs or I am not available, working with my team is a great alternative. I have worked with all my associates and have trained them in my style; I also personally handle all communication and editing, so you are sure to receive an outstanding gallery. Each incredible artist has been hand selected and I know that I only trust the best for your celebration.

the Process
As I mentioned, I hold your hand through the wedding planning process, starting with your exclusive 40+ page wedding guide which helps you with every aspect of your day from getting ready to the grand exit. I also send you my preferred vendor list as well as TONS of helpful planning information including lighting tips, posing tips, and how to structure your ideal photography timeline.

About a month out from your date, you'll get a final questionnaire that will cover everything you have booked up to that point, and will allow you to list all your desired family portrait combinations. After that, we will hop on one final planning call to go through ceremony and reception lighting, any final details, and iron our the timeline.

My style is centered around capturing the story, and I'm mostly just observing for the majority of the day. When it comes to your portraits, I direct all your posing so we can capture your love in the most flattering light. I typically make sure we stick to the timeline, but it's not the end of the world if we don't. The moment over the timeline, always.
9. albums & prints
Your beautiful works of art are not meant to live in digital exile. That's why I offer complimentary album design & a discount on pre-orders. If you pre-order your album, your first draft will be ready along with your gallery delivery so we can get that beauty in your hands and displayed on the coffee table sooner.
My booking process is simple. Once we chat via zoom and curate a customized collection for you based on your wedding needs, I'll send over a contract and invoice. It's just a signature and 30% retainer to reserve your date. After that, I'll send out your exclusive wedding guide and discovery questionnaire so we can begin collaborating on your vision for your wedding photography.
WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?
Everyone thinks they're awkward, truth is YOU"RE NOT! During most of the day, I'm in documentary mode, silently observing and capturing all the candid moments and artful details without you really noticing.
When it comes to your portraits, I have an editorial eye and I will help guide and direct you into your most flattering angles so you can look and feel like a model.
WE'RE AWKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA. WILL YOU HELP DIRECT US?
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A FULLY-EDITED GALLERY?
Each photo is hand-selected, color graded, and perfected before delivery. I also do some light Photoshop for anything that is temporary (blemishes & bruises) or I find distracting (people in background, etc.) ! I do not photoshop bodies or face-tune you, so if there is something you are self-conscious about, please let me know ahead of time so I can be extra mindful while shooting!
I do not share unedited or RAW photos.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?
This depends on a few factors but I guarantee a minimum of 50/hr and you usually receive closer to 100/hr. Because I’ve never believed in holding your images hostage, you'll always receive all the good ones, I'll just spare you from seeing the eyes half open or mouth full of food.
WHAT IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?
All retainers are legally non-refundable, so cancellations for any reason will forfeit the retainer. I do allow any couple who is affected situations outside of their control (AKA Covid) to reschedule without paying a new retainer.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU GET SICK OR OTHERWISE CAN'T MAKE OUR WEDDING?
If, Heaven forbid, I am too ill or injured or otherwise can't make the wedding, I will find another incredible photographer for you with a similar style and experience level and will edit all the photos to ensure they align with my brand; if for some reason I can't find someone (highly unlikely, I have very talented photographer associates) I will refund all payments, including the retainer. I've never had to do this yet *knock on wood*.
